Legality through legal bases of data processing

In order to be able to offer you our website and the associated services, we process personal data on the basis of the following legal bases:

If you give us your express consent, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) DS-GVO applies.
2 If we need your data to fulfil contracts, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DS-GVO applies.
4. if we have to fulfil a legal obligation, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c) DS-GVO applies
5. if the processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest (weighing of interests) of our company or a third party and the interests, fundamental rights and fundamental freedoms of the person concerned do not outweigh the first-mentioned interest, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DS-GVO serves as legal basis

We will refer to these legal bases in the respective service/processing. This makes it easier for you to understand the legal basis on which we collect the data.

Your rights as a data subject

At first, that sounds really bad: Affected. We would have liked to have chosen another word, but since this term is also used in the DS-GVO texts, we stick to it and hope that you enjoy visiting our site and feel less like a person affected. After all, you as a person have rights and we would like to inform you about them:

If personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future.

If we process data on the basis of a weighing of interests, you as the data subject have the right to object to the processing of personal data, taking into account the provisions of Art. 21 DSGVO.

You have the right to have your data corrected or deleted or to have the processing restricted. This requires a legal basis, as we are also obliged to comply with statutory provisions and storage obligations.

Finally, you have the right to object to the processing within the framework of the legal requirements. The same applies to the right to data transfer.

Right of appeal to a supervisory authority

You have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of personal data by us. A list of the authorities and their contact details can be found at the following link https://www.bfdi.bund.de/DE/Infothek/Anschriften_Links/anschriften_links-node.html

You have the right to information about your personal data. You can contact us for information at any time. In the case of a request for information that is not made in writing, we ask for your understanding that we may request proof from you that you are the person you claim to be. You can obtain information on the collection, processing and use of your data or on safeguarding the rights described above from the e-mail address of the person responsible.

You can find detailed information about your rights here: https://dsgvo-gesetz.de/kapitel-3/

Deletion of data

As a matter of principle, we delete personal data when there is no need for further storage. A requirement may exist if the data is still required in order to fulfil contractual services, to check and grant or reject warranty and guarantee claims. In the case of statutory retention obligations, deletion shall only be considered after expiry of the respective retention obligation.

Which data are processed on these Internet pages and how are they protected?

Technical protection through SSL

Our website uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of data that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the closed, often green lock symbol in your browser line.

If encryption is successful, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

However, we would like to point out politely that data transmission on the Internet can never be completely protected against access by third parties.

Access Data / Server Logfiles

When you visit our Internet pages, personal data is processed in order to be able to display the contents of the pages on your terminal device. In order for the pages to be displayed in the browser, your IP address of the terminal device you are using must also be processed. Otherwise we would not know to which device the data should be delivered.

We are also committed to ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of the personal data processed by our IT systems. For this purpose and out of this interest, the following data will be recorded on the basis of a weighing of interests:

– IP address of the calling computer
– Operating system of the calling computer
– Browser Version of the calling computer
– Name of the retrieved file
– Date and time of retrieval
– transferred data volume
– Referring URL

The access data / server log files will be deleted after 7 days at the latest from all systems used in connection with the operation of these Internet pages. The data is ultimately used to identify and correct errors on the Internet pages.

Cookies

Cookies are used on our Internet pages. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your end device via the browser. The cookies are necessary to enable certain functions of our website. Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit.

We also use cookies in the area of web analysis. These are not automatically deleted after the end of your visit to our website.

You have the option of deactivating the setting of cookies by making the appropriate settings in your browser. However, it may be that the use of our website is then only possible to a limited extent. Cookies do not install or start any programs or other applications on your end device. Cookies also do not contain viruses. Cookies are used on the basis of a weighing of interests. Our interest is the user-friendly visit to our Internet pages.

contact form

We offer one or more contact forms on our website, which you can use to get in touch with us. The data you require to answer an enquiry are marked as mandatory fields. All other data fields are voluntary.

We need this data in order to process your inquiry and respond to you. The data processing takes place with concrete inquiries for the fulfilment of a contract and/or the contract initiation. General enquiries are processed on the basis of a weighing of interests.

Enquiries received via the contact form on our website will be processed electronically by us in order to answer your enquiry. In this context, other persons or departments and “third parties” may also become aware of the form contents that have been sent. The transmission of the form data via the Internet takes place via an encrypted connection.

Other Website Services

Integration of Google Maps

On this website we use in exceptional cases the offer of Google Maps. This allows us to display interactive maps directly on the website and allows you to conveniently use the map function. The processing is based on a weighing of interests.

By visiting the website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data collected when you visit our website is transmitted. This takes place regardless of whether Google provides a user account that you are logged in to or whether there is no user account. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not want your profile to be associated with Google, you must log out before activating the button.

Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for advertising, market research and / or needs-based design of its website. Such evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide demand-oriented advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, and you must contact Google to exercise this right.

For more information on the purpose and scope of data collection and processing by the Service Provider, please refer to the Service Provider’s privacy policy. There you will also find further information on your rights in this regard and setting options to protect your privacy: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.

Google also processes your personal data in the USA and has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI

Google Web Fonts

The web fonts provided by Google are not loaded via the Google servers, but are installed locally around this server. For this we use the plugin DIVI DSGVO HELPER from Deeprojects

However, Google Fonts are loaded when a Google Maps map is loaded. When calling up a Google Maps map, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. To do this, the browser you are using must connect to Google’s servers. This enables Google to know that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online services. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DS-GVO.

If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer. Further information on Google Web Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google’s privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

Google also processes your personal data in the United States and has adopted the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI

Purposes of the processing of personal data

We process the aforementioned data for the smooth operation of our website and for the fulfilment of contractual obligations towards our customers or to safeguard our legitimate interests. Voluntary information

If you voluntarily provide data to us and this data is not required for the fulfilment of contractual obligations, we process this data under the justified assumption that the processing and use of this data is in your interest.

Recipients / Passing on data to third parties

Data that you provide to us will not be passed on to third parties, and especially not to third parties for their advertising purposes!
However, we may use service providers for the operation of this website or for other products or services from us. Here it can happen that a service provider obtains knowledge of personal data. We carefully select our service providers according to ability, commitment to data protection and data security and take all necessary measures for a legally permissible data processing. As far as personal data is processed outside the European Union, we explicitly point this out in the corresponding processing and in the list of integrated service providers.
