Body & Mind
Mens sana in corpore sano is a saying of the Roman poet Juvenal (1.-2. century B.C.). It means “a healthy mind in a healthy body”. Juvenal had already recognized that body and mind form an inseparable unit for our physical and mental health. This coincides with the current idea of Body & Mind that consciousness needs a body. Body and mind are thus in a reciprocal relationship with each other. Therefore, physical exercise and mental relaxation are very important for everyone.
Yoga and Qi Gong make this practical and for everyone! comprehensible. These forms of exercise not only maintain and increase movement and coordination, but also relax mind and soul. Especially the meditative character of both forms of movement frees the mind for more positive thoughts.
In addition, Yoga and Qi Gong can be practiced in the studio, outdoors, but also at home, in a group or individually, without the need for extensive equipment.
You only need a room and a small exercise area. A large towel or a mat is sufficient as an underlay.
